The Greeley Warehouse is a fully renovated brick warehouse originally built in 1913. Today it houses beautiful rehearsal spaces on the top floor, spacious commercial units on the main floor and climate controlled rooms in the basement. A little something for everyone.

The Greeley Warehouse has special features for each floor to enhance your experience. Each level has it’s own bathroom and electronic lock. The upstairs has a communal work space for large projects and monthly acoustic performances. Also, the freight elevator makes load in and out a snap. The main floor has street and off street parking and roll up garage doors on most of the units. In addition, some rooms have their own independent furnaces. The basement has easy access for cars and small trucks to enter the building to load or unload. 24 hour security cameras and electronic doors keeps your precious items safe.
These large spaces are just perfect for extra housewares or business over flow. The easy access through the garage door allows you to drive your car or small truck right up to your space. Our security cameras, electronic doors, and gated entrance give you piece of mind.
Tall ceilings and roll up garage doors give you room to grow your business. Our light industrial zoning allows you to have a commercial space, office, craft work shop or pretty much anything you can imagine.
Whether you are a professional musician, an aspiring artist or just want a place to hang out with friends and pick some tunes. Our location and spaces allow you to work on your project anytime you want.

Because of our location, it is possible for tenants rehearse or access their storage units anytime of day or night. Don’t be surprised if you hear a ripping guitar solo while you are putting up your old record collection.
